Amid Tri-Valley boom, 45-acre site near Pleasanton BART hits market

An unentitled 45.37-acre site in Livermore with the potential for high-density housing adjacent to rapid transit is now for sale.

Chicago-based real estate investor JLL is looking for developers to purchase the parcel in the Isabel Avenue neighborhood, which is situated less than three miles from Livermore’s Altamont Corridor Express (ACE) station and six miles from the Dublin/Pleasanton Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) stop.
