Q: How do you handle challenges surrounding attracting, retaining, and developing talent?

Harman: One thing we offer that I think differentiates us from many companies on the Peninsula is the opportunity to work for a company that isn’t planning to exit in seven years just to make venture capitalists happy. Another differentiating factor is our company culture. For example, we may be the only company in the Bay Area that doesn’t offer free coffee in the office.
